1. Who we are

The Dub Hub ("we", "us") provides a workspace for managing virtual-assistant content teams. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Account info: your email and a workspace name when you sign up.
Your content: VAs, scripts, announcements, earnings imports, and payment logs you enter.
Billing info: handled by Stripe — we store a customer/subscription ID and your plan, never your full card details.
Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional and summary emails you've opted into, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
Resend — transactional and summary email delivery.

5. Data isolation

Each account's data is isolated; other customers cannot access your data. Your virtual assistants see only the hub you share with them via your link, and never your earnings or payment records.

6. Email

We send account emails (confirmation, password reset) and optional summary emails. You can turn summaries off in your settings.

7. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data, and delete your account, by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
