These Terms govern your use of The Dub Hub ("the Service"), operated by The Dub Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Dub Hub is a workspace for assigning scripts to virtual assistants, tracking completion, logging earnings, and related operations for short-form content teams. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for your account, the security of your login, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. Your virtual assistants access shared content via a link you control; you are responsible for what you share with them.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access, no card required. When the trial ends, you must select a paid plan to continue making changes; your data remains available read-only until you subscribe or delete your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plan limits (number of VAs and monthly scripts) are enforced per plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account; changes take effect immediately and there are no long-term contracts. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the scripts, data, and materials you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
